From Support. Don't Punish.
For over a decade, the Support. Don’t Punish campaign has resourced a global, decentralised network of change-makers in drug policy reform and harm reduction to reduce stigma, end violent and neglectful policies and practices against our communities, and ensure redress for all.
Let us once more mobilise in transnational solidarity to reclaim power and rights for our communities, nurture our growing movement, and demand accountability and redress.
From the Local Organizers
You are invited to join us for a community gathering at City Hall on Wednesday June 26.
June 26th is a Global Day of action to end the war on drugs. Support Don't Punish recognizes that the war on drugs is actually a war on people, and further recognizes that intersectional approach must be taken to end this war. Marganilzed populations have been most harmed and hurt by this continued war.
Our focus for our local gathering this year will be challenging stigma and false narratives our elected leaders have been using to gain political points and to elevate voices of lived experience. We need to demand an end to this failed drug war and the continued criminalization of marginalized populations in our community. Together we can change policy, end stigma, and save lives!
