Monday night (5pm), City Council meets to give a final vote on whether to ask staff to gather more information on Ranked Ballots.
If your councillor voted for the amendment, and/or the motion as amended at General Committee last week, please thank them, and let them know how important it is to you that they vote for the motion again this week. And if they voted against, please show them how important this issue is to you.
Remember, we don't have to get them to fall in love with the concept of Ranked Ballots – we just have to make sure they don't completely shelve the idea, based upon incomplete and inaccurate information.
