Direct staff to investigate the feasibility of secure digital information management systems for delivering confidential items safely to members of Council and applicable staff, and report back by May 31 on viable options
AMENDMENT by Thomson: To add paragraph #2, that if the electronic delivery of confidential items is implemented, paper copies be prepared and distributed by the Clerk at the in camera meeting, in order to adhere to the procedural bylaw recently passed that does not allow electronic devices in in camera meetings
