This is a specially-called meeting, tucked in just before the regularly-scheduled City Council meeting – presumably, in order to bring the recommendation to support fully accessible washrooms to Council before their summer break.

🛒🍽 Open Delegation re: Urban Pantry Program
This did not appear on the Agenda or Legistar ahead of time (although has been updated now) – there also did not seem enough time allotted, as questions were cut off, and there was no chance to consider the request. As this is about an important program to many in our community, it is disappointing and frustrating that this conversation was cut off – many Barrie residents are going to be suffering with the loss of this program next month.
