Downtown Barrie BIA chair resigns months after making 'insulting and derogatory' comments

The power of public engagement! All it took was ONE private citizen speaking up, to hold a city Board Chair accountable for his actions.

After a number of informal complaints to the city and BIA went nowhere, this person took a formal complaint to the Integrity Commissioner, with a little guidance from us.
