  • We note this will be the last credit rating to be based on the excellent work of former CFO, Craig Millar - but even top directors like him can only pull a rabbit out of his hat so many times, when expected to continue to run a growing city with increased expenses and cost of doing business, while politicians try to curry voter favour with zero tax increases. He will be missed, and his successor will not have an easy path ahead.
