Those nine actions are:
undertake a comprehensive review of the City's Zoning Bylaw (already happening)
update the City's existing incentive program and increase the annual budget
use public land to deliver new affordable housing (already happening)
work towards a decision faster / shorten approval timelines
create a concierge program to connect parties who are interested in partnering to deliver new housing
enhance the Simcoe County Secondary Suite program for Barrie
enact a Rental Replacement Bylaw to preserve existing rental stock
continue to communicate to the public the benefits of growth, density, and affordable housing
explore the potential for inclusionary zoning (already happening)

Mono has declared a Road Safety Emergency, and is calling on the province to take action to address traffic safety through measures including public education, increased Highway Traffic Act fines and expanded use of Automated Speed Enforcement
