The City operates two outdoor artificial ice skating rinks, opening December 21 (weather permitting), and open 10am to 10pm, seven days a week
The City Hall rink is for pleasure skating (Simcoe Skate Rentals will operate out of the changeroom, schedule in memo)
The rink at Will Dwyer Park (Centennial Park South) is hockey only
Natural ice rinks maintained by the Parks and Forestry Branch will open as weather permits

On-street parking is not permitted on City streets from midnight to 7am, or 3-6am in the Downtown Business Improvement Area, to ensure winter street clearing
Overnight parking is not permitted in any hybrid parking lots or waterfront parking areas (lots and on-street) from midnight to 5am
Downtown off-street parking options, including parking lots and the Collier Street Parkade, are not included in these restrictions
