  • collect urban biodiversity data available to use for science, management and conservation

  • grow volunteer biodiversity documentation / citizen science globally, and

  • have fun through friendly competition and global collaboration

City Services on Easter Weekend

• Recreation Centres will be closed Friday, and offer regular and drop-in programming during the rest of the weekend and Monday (barrie.ca/RecDropins for full schedule)

• City Hall will be closed both Friday and Monday

• Barrie Transit will have no service Friday or Sunday, regular weekday service back Monday (MyRideBarrie.ca to plan trips)

• Landfill will be closed Friday, Sunday and Monday, but will have extended hours on Saturday, 8:30-6:30 to support continued ice storm cleanup (visit barrie.ca/landfill for more information)

• Curbside Collection has no change (barrie.ca/CurbsideCollection)

• Parking downtown is free on statutory holidays, Waterfront parking is enforced, visit barrie.ca/parking for more information
