Ontario Community Changemakers is a program powered by 8 80 Cities and funded by the Balsam Foundation. (EBO has no connection to either of these organizations, we're just passing along information that may be of interest to our members and others - all questions should be directed to Ontario Community Changemakers or 8 80 Cities.
